We have a unused, furnished Therapy room at our Roseville office to rent out either by day rate or month.
The office is in a nice medical building, easy to find with plenty of parking. We do not use the office in the evenings or the weekends and on some week days, although not set days or times during the week. We never use the therapy room and are welcome to use it during the week if you are okay working around our clients.
The rate will vary depending on if you are looking for a day rate or monthly rate.
Monthy rate is $250.00 and day rate is $50.00 and this is for the use of the Therapy and waiting room only. Building has restrooms on all floors.
